Commercial Description:
(Semi-Sweet Melomel) A blend of mead and cider.
An easy drinking cyser with a caramelly, apple nose. A touch citric up front followed by the honey and apple flavors. Silky tannins round out the finish. The lower alcohol content make this easier drinking for those hot summer days.

Apple flavors are pretty nice upfront, with the honey notes following second. This does not have a really hot aroma like some of the others in this lineup. The alcohol is a little more present in the flavor. Overall pretty nicely structured, but somewhat plain, not a lot of complexity here.
