Commercial Description:
A sweet methyglyn made with whole fresh ginger and red currants. The ginger is bright and tickles your nose and tongue. The hint of red currants supports and enhances the ginger flavor without standing out. This is a lively mead with an earthy finish. Goes well with sushi and Asian Fusion cuisine.

light and very smooth with a slight cinnamon and strong ginger flavor. the spicy ginger almost overpowers the mead’s flavor

Batch 1. This pours a still pale yellow color with just a hint of pink. The nose is of course lots of honey, with a hot spiciness that I presume comes from the ginger. Sweet with noticable ginger and an almost peppery heat to it. Light and very drinkable.
