May 12, 2009 glass@ Cafe Amsterdam ANC. Unclear red/purple color. Nice tart berry fruit aromas with a whiff of honey. Tart raspberry fruit flavors balanced with a sweet honey finish. Alcohol was not really noticeable in the smell or flavor. Pretty decent sweet tart drink overall.

May 5, 2009 Strong fruit nose. Color is a clear raspberry red. Tastes of sweet raspberries and other sour fruits. Tart and alcoholic, the 12% shows through. Good semi-sweet mead.

Apr 24, 2008 large bouquet of sour fruit, not in a bad way, also somewhat floral. Appearance is somewhat glyceric, but wonderfully fruity on the palate, with an interesting balance of raspberry fruit and honey. Slightly tart in the finish.
