Commercial Description:
A cyser with raspberries and sour cherries.
A fruity, earthy nose followed by a wonderful combination of raspberries, sour cherries and apples. A slight bready character makes this one remind you of holiday cherry pie. The lower alcohol makes it easier drinking than higher alcohol meads, but it's lacking nothing in the flavor department.

This was my first mead, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Clear bright red. Aroma of raspberries and alcohol. Flavor is sweet with a slight sourness. I liked this.

Great smell, great color, flavor is good. DRY, the alcohol shows it’s self.

Interesting cider-ish nose, sour fruit, and a bit of spice, with not one particular spice for fruit dominating. I wouldn’t really change anything about this one, other than it is a little hot, the alcohol is really present.
