(RBESG05, draft at Den Tatorverede Enke) Big white head atop a cloudy lemon body. Aroma is medium sweet, strong tart lemon. Taste is medium sweet, light lemon, thin. Watery light body. (7/4/5/2/10)

Aug 20, 2005 Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen, as Celis Wit. Lovely aroma of burnt caramel / treacle and spices. Flavour is not nearly that exciting, this is a fairly watery and bland wit.

Jul 15, 2005 labeled as "celis white". fruity witbier with lots of spices. lightyellow hazy beer(see picture). fresh citrus taste with koriander and other spices(meaty?). full all rounded palate, light bodied. i remember Hoegaarden wit used to be like this years ago. very nice!
