Pours a pale color with a small head that leaves some good lace. The aroma is very good fruity and packed with fresh orange notes and even some faint hops. The flavor is more bitter than most wits and there is even a mild astringency. The classic fruitiness and bitter orange peel shine through and just a mild spiciness shows it’s self well as well.

Light cloudy gold with a white head. Coriander, orange peel, lemon and wheat on the nose. Nice on the palate and a flavor of coriander and oranges.

12 oz bottle. Pours gold with a small white head. Slightly sweet aroma with bubble gum and coriander. Flavor is bubble gum up front, coriander, and orange peel with wheat, particularly in the finish. Very low carbonation. Okay, but definitely nothing exciting.

Bottle from citywide liquors. pours a clear light golden with a foamy white head. leaves some decent lace. aroma of banana, cilantro, herbs, clove, bubblegum, lemonpeel, earth, dust. Flavor is grass, hay, wheat, banana, mildew, and spices. Pretty good. a lot of flavor packed in to a low ABV beer. There was sharp grassy bitterness which was a bit overpowering at times, but it complemented whatever banana like sweetness was in this beer. Nice beer.

Don’t know how old the bottle was, but my sample seemed a little off. Drinkable enough, but a quickly fading wit. Just some traces of spiciness. Thicker, dull mouthfeel.

Sweet after tones on the back of the palate.. This is a pretty good witbier. The best of the bunch in this mixed case. It held true to all the characteristics that make a wit beer a witbier. Give this beer a try.
