Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 10, 2005 A pale yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is slightly sour and skunky - I suspect brewing cereal is part of this. The flavor is dry, sour malty, combined with ligth notes of corn. Thank to Alex (fiulijn) for getting me this one. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden May 12, 2002 Pale yellow. Somewhat hazy. Crisp and clean with some bitterness. A flawless lager. Papsoe (10386), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 27, 2006 (Can 24 cl) Lightly hazy pilsener golden with a small, creamy head. Nose of malt and cardboard. Light body with some malt and a sourish tang of brewing cereal. Very discreet bitterness. 260106 Oakes (6979), Miami Beach, Florida, USA May 10, 2002 Normally, I wouldn’t rate a beer that was 18 months old and came in a green bottle, but this showed no ill effects. It was firm, with a light malt accent and faintly bready notes. A decent, respectable, and apparently indestructable beer - better than a poke in the eye with a burnt stick, I’d say. joergen (6529), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 19, 2005 Bottled.
Clear yellow coloured with a white head.
Skunky aroma with notes of grain.
Watery flavour with notes of corn.
