The aroma is sweet malts, banana and corn. The taste is smooth and sweet; very light malt, some sweet corn and creamy flavors, and a touch of hops. Not bad. Quite drinkable. The body was quite thin and watery which assist the beer go down quickly. mansquito (839), Boston/Philadelphia, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 15, 2008 Pretty standard lager beer. The taste is actually pretty nice with a mildly sweet finish. There is a bunch of crispness to the bee and some taste of hops is noticeable. Everybody in Colombia drinks it constantly and I can say that I have drank it in bars, hotel, boats, cars, and streets. A rather good beer for what it is. DarkElf (2681), La Jolla, California, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Aug 12, 2008 19-May-08 (12-oz bottle, Best by 17-May-08: Purchased 12-May-08 for $1.39 at Hi-Time Wine Cellars in Costa Mesa, CA) Starting with the best feature first, this is how pale lagers should look. Crystal clear and dark-straw in color with plentiful carbonation bubbles rising upward through the beer throughout the session. The fizzy head is white in color and builds to almost an inch in height before settling to a thin layer. And that’s the end of the positive aspects of this typical Latin-American beer. Adjuncty, grainy and lightly tart nose isn’t appealing, and the similar flavor also brings cardboard into the mix. The lightly tart citrus flavor is unusual though, and at least helps distract one’s attention. Body is light, and without any impact from hops, the beer quickly makes the palate feel flat and stale, though the light tartness does help a little. Medium-high carbonation. Not enjoyable, but the off-flavors are less offensive than many in its category. beerbill (1975), Laurel, New York, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jul 16, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a thin, sudsy white head that disappeared after the first sip. Aroma is corn with some very faint malt and grassy hops. The flavor is very similar with corn and a trace amount of malt. Dry at the finish with some moderate bitterness. Over-carbonated. Thin, watery body. Not very good and not worth re-visiting. azlondon (667), Fribourg, Switzerland

Appearance: Light golden. A bit of shortlived head. Bubbly.
Aroma: Some malt and grain.
Taste: Not much, some malt and hops. Pretty boring, but not bad.

Very light drinker and quite refreshing. joshiez (48), USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 20, 2008 It’s okay. Nothing great. As for Colombian beers, its like the midway point. Others are better, much more are worse. This has a slightly better smell than taste. It was a little more bitter than I had expected. We like to cut it with Colombiana soda, and make something similar to a Vanilla Cream ale. Try it...you might like it....I didn’t, but I still drank it. docsteigs (139), USA
