Do you remember the first time you had tried Heineken? Well it seems they wanted to clone the recipe and put it in their own bottles, but failed. Aroma of corn, vegetables, and skunk. Flavor is of corn syrup and water. Finishes with a bitterness of a vile of hop essence oil. Sorry Aguila, you have failed. But at least Colombia’s women are beautiful. 25FEB08 argo0 (6969), Washington DC, USA

Sweet lemon and faint gasoline nose with notes of tinny corn becoming more noticeable at a temperature somewhere above “really cold”. Tinny, thin, metallic lemon, corn and grain flavor. It’s a bad beer for sure, but it’s not disgusting. kmweaver (2474), Sebastopol, California, USA

A light bit of sugar and citrus in the aroma. Light, sugary mouthfeel: not watery; decent feel in the mouth, but almost nothing here; like the aroma, nothing offensive here; maybe even a hint of hops. Quick finish. In mouth, a decent South American lager, with a nice little hoppy attack, some sweet corn, but not overbearing. Dáme un´agriá, su merced!

Their crap beer as I was told by the Columbians, but was also told that Club Colombia was their ’good’ beer. Worse then Corona. Pale, bland, skunky it would be a big sell here in the states. mjg74 (2000), La Mesa, California, USA
