Commercial Description:
Made for men and women who enjoy alcoholic beverages‚ Brava intensifies life’s moments‚ as its high alcoholic content allows for maximum enjoyment. Brava is a lager beer‚ pilsner variety‚ with 6.5% alcohol content by volume. Brava is characterized by its fine aromas achieved from an optimum balance of aromatic hops and after an excellent fermentation process. Brava does not create a sensation of fullness thanks to its slightly bitter residual content‚ alcohol‚ and its bubbles which grant it a highly refreshing quality.

Can... Clear, yellow lager with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. Grainy aroma with notes of mash, jalapeno and popcorn. Well-balanced and fairly refreshing. Medium to full-bodied and lightly creamy with fizzy carbonation. Finishes crisp and clean. Much better than expected. Thanks go out to my friend and former client, Angela, for bringing this brew back from Bogota!

A golden lager with a thick collapsing white head. Aroma of sulfury malt. In mouth, a crisp malt followed by metallic notes. The alcohol is not felt. Overall, not terrible. Olimpica, Bogota, 1650 COP.

Can (330cc). Shared with mds and tupalev, mds’s can. snazzy red foil cap!!! Pale clear gold, diminishing small frothy off-white head. Moderate ass aroma, grainy, sugary, a little boozy, but clean ... sort of. Weak body, soft, grainy, sweet finish, almost like apple juice. Ehh. Doesn’t taste 6.5%

Can shared with Hogtown Harry and MDS, courtesy of MDS. Um, not offensive? Harsh skunk malt and some hops, but I’ve smelled worse. Medium yellow, small white head. A malty pale lager - sweet but not good. Slight hops at tend. Not great, but ok?

Not much aroma but what’s there is okay. Really pretty decent given the comparable lagers available in Bogota, plus it’s 6.5%, so better and more potent!

Can with hygenic foil. Light, clear yellow with a small white creamy head. Smells alright to begin with actually- typical appley fusel-type notes and some grain. Straightforward flavour that isn’t particularly bad but just really quite bland. Malty sweetness with a clean and quick finish. The alcohol, which is supposedly 6.5%, is hidden quite well.
Thanks to my parents for bringing this back for me from their recent trip to Colombia.

Bottle. These guys from Bavaria has really put a lot of thinking into their beer, for Poker players, for university students and this one for partying! Recommended by the waiter for the rumba, I got the new green one with slightly lower ABV. Can´t wait to try other brews from these guys.

I should note that this beer no longer has 6.5 percent alcohol and now only has a meager 5.5. However, the packaging is hilarious it looks like a rip-off of Schlitz Malt Liquor (with the Evil Eye malt liquor color configuration) and tastes like it too. It is basically something to get you drunk and by the end of the night it surely would succeed.
