Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered
Ingredients: Water; Two-row Barley; Chinook, Mt. Hood Hops; Yeast.
Our original formula. This brew is bright, deep golden yellow in color. The aroma is of sweet malt, lightly floral and hoppy. The flavor reflects its hop bitterness; slightly sweet, and just a perfect balance of two row barley malt, Chinook, Mt. Hood, and peerless hops that culminate to a very clean and semi-dry finish.

Bottle. Pale beer with a strong white head. The flavour is plainly yeasty and dry, and the aroma is plainly dry. Overall a slightly worse than standard lager.

Pale gold bodied with a foamy head, this had a serious skunk problem when the bottle was uncapped. That cleared slightly leaving a combo of creamed corn, cabbage, and tin. Although watery, it carried all of that into the flavor, which was not a very pleasant experience. Bad.

Pale pallid looking and frothy white head. The nose is creamed corn. Creamed corn in the flavor and other non-grain-like adjunct off flavors abound. Very thin watered -down palate. ugh!

Dark straw colored body with a bright white head. The aroma had some nice notes of cardboard and dirt. The taste was corn and bell peppers. A strongly sweet finish.

Tallahassee, Fl - Liquor Loft - 12 oz bottle. Light to medium gold pour, soapy, snow white head. Bit of a grainy aroma, hints of lemon and a touch of metal - not skunky. Typical south of the border lager flavor, a bit of grassiness, hints of honey. Typically thin mouthfeel, but not harsh. Better than expected - doesn’t even need a lime!

Bottle. Light golden colour with slim white head. Light grainy aroma. Weak malty, grassy flavour. Indeed, better than Corona, if that is important to you as a measure.

Clear bottle. Aroma is grassy with weak hops. Yellowish pour, with a small white foamy head that all but disappears soon after it is poured. Flavor is weak malts with a heavy influence of grass. Nearly indistinguishable from any other pale lager.

"Yellowegg" in my eyes, in my mouth, light & refreshing, ideal for the weather of Baja California! the head is smooth, the aroma is flat, not bad, but not Good. better than Sol or corona!, Enjoy it with "Just like a woman of bob dylan" ah! buy some chili nuts to feel good mix flavor or buy 2 six to take the sun of Baja.
