Clear golden coloured with a small white head.
Sweet aroma of caramel, rye bread and hay.
Sweet flavour of caramel, rye rbead and hay with notes of hops.
Light watery.

Jan 15, 2009 Dark brown with a small light tan head. The ring of head stays a long time. Some minor lacings. Aroma is caramel and mild hops.
Taste is sweet dark caramel with a bitter hop finish. Carbonation is just right. Easy drinker though a bit sweet for my tastes.
Would like to try some with a good Mexican meal where the sweetness helps subdue the spiciness of the food.
