CBF09. 33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a small white head. Roasted malt aroma. Roasted and breadish malt flavoured. Slight metallic touch. Slight spiced and dry before the finish. Smooth and malty flavoured finish.

Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, old stabel, old malt - corn. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090621]

Bottle at Københavnske Øldage 2009. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of caramel, rye bread and hay. Sweet flavour of caramel, rye rbead and hay with notes of hops. Light watery.

It is mahogany with a small, creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel and the flavour has a light sweetness and notes of roasted malt, caramel and a little nuts. Actually it is quite OK.
