| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/20 | Oct 3, 2008 Hazy gold with white head and lots of lacing. Diacetyl is intense. Smells like shortcake. Soft, almost no carbonation. Strong artificial popcorn butter flavors. Shamefully wrong: so much butter can use it to fry eggs. ILduce (135), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 3, 2008 Draught at C’est What. Pours a clear bubbly gold with a small semi-lasting creamy white head. Mild aroma of caramal malt and fruit . Flavour: Hmmm, that’s different -- Caramel malt, fruit, herbs and spices, light hops and light bitter finish. Average bodied. It’s different and enjoyable enough. garthicus (1309), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 13, 2008 On draught- Poured a medium amber/gold with an average one finger of white foam. In the nose, candied malts and fruits with a bit of earthy nuttiness. Tastes like sweet dried dark fruit and also quite earthy with a shard hop bite leading to the finish. Not too bad really. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 8, 2008 Tap at C’est What? Very pale straw coloured brew. Aroma is quite subtle with a light estery fruitiness, a hint of toasted nuttiness and a light candyish sweetness. Possibly a little bit of cocoa in the nose as well. The flavour is also unusual in that it has a touch of cocoa and caramel in such a pale brew. Quite fruity with a nutty character that I can only assume is the hemp. With my eyes closed I would imagine I’m drinking a brown ale... it’s quite nice really.
