Vegetable stock, quite umami-ish, meat and a quite fruityness in the aroma. Sweetness, stock and fruityness in the flavor, meaty umami as well. Medium sweetish mouthfeel. A strange one, boring in a way, but with an interesting twist. (080412) fonefan (11640), VestJylland, Denmark

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 29, 2007 Bottle, 5% from Crombé according to the label. Lager aroma. Clear amber colour, small tan head. The flavour is quite sweet, almost sugary. There is also some flavour and aroma hops in there. Ending slightly bitter, but sweet all the way with a little acidity to balance. Has a lot more flavour than expected from ABV, but after a while, it gets rather too sugary.
