Commercial Description:
There’s nothing more satisfying to me than a richly complex belgian-style tripel. Dry, yet rich in complexity, strong, yet extremely refreshing. Common, be a little adventurous...you might like it!

Bottle at PPRBSG09. Pale golden beer. Nice light spicy aroma. A light apricot and peach sweetness with a soft pale Belgian malt character. Light clove and herbal character with a bit of light toast. Light mintiness on the back that is something I’m always a sucker for. I’d like it a bit dryer, but it’s still a lovely brew.

Bomber from yobdoog at PPRBSG09- via erway. Pours a golden hazy body with a modest and lasting white foamy head. Aroma is doughy and sweet bready malts, phenolic yeast, touch of apple cider, herbal and yeasty. Flavor is a touch sweet, doughy wheat, bready malts, herbal hops, light spicy phenols a bit more apple, with a citrusy lemon kick and a moderately dry finish with just a bit of sweetness lingering.

Bottle courtesy of erway. Thanks for sending this and giving us a chance to try. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a nice head. Aroma is so solid. Great balance of spice and fruit. With allspice, coriander, orange and lemon zest. Body is wonderful, bready, wheaty and a little chewy. Taste is so smooth. Alcohol is well hidden and the fruity essence is really nice to balance the belgian spices. Peachy, citrus and rich malts complement each other really great. Nicely done!
