Pours light yellow...no head. Aroma is monster artificial apricot and sugar. Flavor is similar...except there is a bit of milk and caramel. This beer is for girls. Mouthfeel is syrupy. This doesn’t taste that bad...but it is hard to drink...sugar water. Maybe be good to pour over fruit for desert.

Bottle: Poured a hazy orange amber with white bubbly head. Aroma was fruit (apricot) and hints of wheat. the flavor was a sweet sugary fruit and grain finish.

Settles as a honey-hazed orange/amber with noticable thickness and a slight head that is quickly a thin halo. Apricot is strong and candied in the aroma after an initial pungence of moldy wood. (This may have been the guise of the yeasty funk I had expected. I was saddened that it did not dissipate.) Thick & syrupy in the mouth with a contradictary astringence. Flavor is at once insanely sweet and tart with pronounced fruitiness and a tannic splash of oak. Mild acids singe like reflux while sourness lingers on the tongue like a Jolly Rancher.

Sampled from bottle. It’s pretty much sparkling apricot juice. A bit of cherry on the side. I thought there should be some lambic sourness to distinguish it more as a beer. There was a touch of bitterness to it’s finish. I’d say it’s fine as a fruit drink, but not much as a beer.

A Mes rate: Bottle from Cambrinus in Bruges. Sim’s mum had it, honestly I did NOT order this. Lots of apricot and sugar and nothing much else. Alarmingly sweet flavour and finish. Its like sugar water with apricot syrup. I thoroughly expected to get to the bottom and find a sugary residue left behind like the end of a coffee. YUK
