Not so good. Great aroma but after that it does downhill quickly. Very strong and overly sweet banana flavor. And not one bit or tart or sour flavors at all. Not a very good effort.

Pours a slightly hazy light copper color with a slight white head. Aroma is strong banana, wheat, grain, and some sugary sweetness. Flavor is sweet sugary syrup and a banana after taste.

Golden color with a small head. Banana infused smell. Large bubbles in the head. Very sweet, hardly any tartness which is not right for a lambic.

Sickly sweet, over-ripe banana aroma - you can tell it’s real bananas not just something from the chemical industry - some lambic tartness. Similar in taste. Surprising, but it works quite well.

Artificial banana candy aroma. Look of a ubiquitous pale yellow american clear lager. Very nice flavor, not objectionable in any way. Light and fruity. Easy to accept. Surprized to see they use real bananas in this stuff, it sure tastes more like banana syrup. Easy to gulp and easy to enjoy. Good as any other fru-fru fruity sweet lambic. Lovely sweet and bubbly. No bitter linger at all. Good fine lambic. Unique, with it’s bananas and all.

These Chapeau so-called lambics are not really very good. Thus I feel slightly guilty admitting that I didn’t dislike this particular one. The fake banana milkshake aroma and sweet, sugary taste were almost redeemed by some sourness in the finish. Quite a nice golden colour.

Bottle. Clear yellow pour with a nice light fluffy head. Aroma is banana and lots of it. Taste is sweet banana and yeast. Would have been better if it was alittle more sour. Maybe with some time. Thought it was much better than the percentile.
