Bottle @ Delirium Cafe. Perfumed pineapple nose with a small head. Golden yellow colour. Taste of pineapple and some drybess - really not my thing.

Bottle @ Delirium Cafe Jan ’08. (Tried for fun). Pale golden colour with no head. Aroma is unmistakably pineapple and sweet. Taste is powdery / sweet / sherbert like, oh yea and pineapple. Overall a very disappointing beer, I don’t mind the odd fruit beer, but this is a joke.

Clear golden pouur with a bubbly head that goes away quickly. Pineapple and apple and maybe some coconut on the nose. Similar in taste with a nice tartness to it.

Golden colour. Cidery aroma, quite promising, but from there on it’s all downhill. Taste is reminiscent of the syrup that they put in canned pineapple: cloyingly sweet, and without sufficient tartness or bitterness to relieve the sugary flavour.

Bottle poured into flute- poured transparent golden yellow, heavy carbonation, very thin whilte bubbly head. Aroma of pineapple and yeast. Hits the mouth with a thin body, pineapple is present, moderatlely heavy sour notes present, finish collapes. I like it, don’t ask me why the beerpagners don’t.

Dark murky golden coloured ale of gross nature. Flour and artificial fruit flavouring dominate the aspartame laden nose. The wheat appears mostly grainy, raw. Surprisingly, an almost acceptable tartness grows up to make the stuff drinkable, but the sugary fruitiness quickly resettles that enthusiasm. Fortunately, sufficient carbonation allows for cleansing the palate a little before the next sipping adventure.

I think my bottle was oxygenated...cap had the very slightest of "tssssst" and the cork was wet through and through...thus the beer was rather flat with no head. Super pineapple nose, bordering cooked pineapple. Taste is cloyingly sweet...more like candy pineapple. Drain pour.
