Jul 3, 2009 Bottle. Pours a cloudy light orange with a small white head. Aroma of pineapple, coconut, plum, and apple. Flavor of more pineapple and coconut. Sweet and reminds me of a pina colada. Pretty tasty actually. By now I know not to trust the overall ratings for Chapeau...ratebeerians are crazy. Anyway, decent beer and plenty drinkable.

Mar 24, 2004 Bottle. Pale gold. Musty pineapple aroma with white chocolate notes and a bit of vanilla. Pleasantly sweet with the faintest bit of acid to clear the throat. Very gulpable and very nice.

May 31, 2009 Whitish Yellow and cloudy. Leprosy-like suds atop. Pineapple-strong nose that was musty, sweet and powdery. Sweet vivid pineapple flavors and somewhat tart in fruity ways. No funk...but then again, none was expected. Its certainly sweet and even though it can be argued that its overly sweet, its not anywhere near cloying or annoying and the pineapple notes are strong...and they are not artificial in any way, and, in fact...though it isn’t a serious lambic, you can’t seriously rate it as low as the rest of these retarded raters who are evidently, seriously mentally handicapped...because, unfortunately for them...it isnt that bad.

Jun 2, 2009 Toncatchers 2. Nose was sharp fruit and yeast. Pineapple. Pale light yellow with chunkies suspended. Light white head. "I’m drinking pineapple juice." Made my eyes squint.

Aug 3, 2007 Updated: Aug 14, 2007This beer had a light golden color with a lot of sediment. It had nice foam with a moderate amount of carbonation. Sweet pineapple and coconut dominated the aroma and flavor.

Jun 5, 2009 Bottle at Toncatchers. Thanks to Wetherel. Pours yellow with a big white head. The aroma was of funky pineapple. The taste was sort of like a sweet pina colada with loads of funky pineapple. The finish was long and sweet with tropical fruit flavors. Overall: Not like any beer I have ever tried before, but not that bad either. Very Original.
