Apr 17, 2009 Bottled (from lahoublonniere.be). Deep ambery brown colour with small beige head. Aroma is sugar, some slight fruityness and a bit of sourness as well. Flavour is sourness, wood and some slight sugary notes as well as some sweet spicelike touches. Quite interesting.

Apr 8, 2009 Deep amber, muddy brown color with small fizzy head. Cherries, sugar candy in the aroma with some sour, acid overtones.
Sweet mouthfeel with cherries, peaches, sugar candy, and some barnyard character. Tannic acid aftertaste with slight cider tartness. Smooth bodied with soft, natural carbonation.

Mar 29, 2009 Bottle. Pours brown with a one finger head. Aroma is sour, with notes of barnyard and cheese. Tasted fruity, with some leather, cherries, and funk with a nicely syrupy mouthfeel.

Mar 19, 2009 Sampled at Zythos 2009. Worst beer of the weekend by a clear mile. Oh wait. the Cara Pils was in fact just slightly worse. Very dark brown, thin off white head. It’s brown sugar, a bit of malt, diluted in water. Quite comically bad.
