Strawberry freezer jam aroma, nothing subtle here. Effervescent copper. Goodness, there’s a lot of strawberry here, very fresh, anything more intense and concentrated and it’d be over the top. 3% makes perfect sense, i dig it.

Sampled during Skyview Sourfest II in St Paul, MN and shared by BDR. From a 12-oz bottle pours a hazy pinkish orange brew with a thick beige head that slowly dissipates. Aroma of sweet strawberries, a hint of yeast funk and oak. Taste is semi-sweet, medium bodied with plenty of carbonation with flavors of tart strawberries and yeast. Finish is semi-sweet with a hint of metallic texture.

Consumed at Zythos, St Niklaas, Belgium, 08-03-09 this came courtesy of Ian and Mes, cheers Pours a slightly hazy orange amber with a white head. There are sweet berries in there but its sort of masked by an artificial berry type syrup, its ok and I’ve had worse but that is hardly a ringing endorsement. A6 A3 F5 P2 OV8 2.4

Sampled at Zythos 2009. Hazy orange pink, lasting beige head. Slight sour aroma. Raspberry jam. Yep, it’s a drinkable fruity alcopop.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of strawberry, light funk, and a hint of oak. Poured brown/red in color with a tiny white head that disappeared instantly. Hazy. Sparkling. Very sweet flavor. Tastes of strawberry, oak, and some funk. Light to medium body. Smooth, lightly tingly texture. Sweet, oaky, strawberry finish.

Bottle. Pours murky reddish color, with a very small off-white head. Muted lactic aroma, complimented by strawberry. Flavor is primarily strawberry jam, with a small amount of oak. It’s sweet, but not cloying. It’s actually drinkable.
