Much more like real sour lambic than other fruit lambics. Frabjous and galluptious on the palate. A real treat for the taste buds. Finish? What finsh, balderdash, its all gone! Piss me off. This stuff was really good. young (45), Georgia, USA

A little sweet, and the strawberries did not seem to sour as well as some other fruits, but still quite a treat. Had a nice bittering which seems absent in some lambics, though not altogether unpleasant. SudsMcDuff (1696), was CapeTown,SA-now Houston, Texas, USA

Tastes like strawberries, with sweetness and a little malt at the finish. A little too sweet for my taste, but a very interesting brew nonetheless. Gusler (2655), Tucson, Arizona, USA

Big over ripe strawberry nose, hints of malt and yeast, sweet and quite appealing. Very sweet start, light middle, sweet and sour finish, no hops to speak of, astringent, light carbonation. Not a beer I would drink more than once in a while, but not bad. Love strawberries, this ’varimit’ is crammed full, mabye to many for this ’Olde Swiller’.

Goodness, there’s a lot of strawberry here, very fresh, anything more intense and concentrated and it’d be over the top. 3% makes perfect sense, i dig it.
