25cL. A fine lambic but not my favorite style. No overpowering fruit flavor.

Bottle courtesy of dragonstout. Thanks! Pours a dark red/brown and nearly still with some sparse carbonation. Smells strongly of raspberries with hints of sweet and tarteness. Tastes buttery and fruity like a syruppy strong fruit beer with hints of lambic in the background.

Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Clear dark red color with a small fizzy pink head. Aroma is moderate to heavy raspberry, raspberry sour. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat to soft.

Ølfestival Horsens 2006. Dark red with a nice pink head. The aroma is sweet with a lot of raspberry notes, just like the flavour. I kind of like this one, even if it isn’t true to the lambic style. 1661

Bottle; nose of sweetness and raspberries with only the tiniest hint of tartness; Hazy concord grape purple with a small big pink head, a little came out the top when I pulled the cork; flavorwas sweet raspberry jelly without the seeds, a little tartness in the finish. Not enough tartness for a real almbic!

Muddy deep reddish colour with a pink head. Raspberry sweet aroma with a light yeasty note. Sweet rasberry flavor with a light dry and yeasty finish.

Bottle pours purple with a short pink head. Aromas of big raspberry. Flavor is mostly raspberry as well. Quite sour on the finish. Palate is smooth with some fizzy carbonation behind it. Sweet and tart at the same time. Nice blend but just not my style..
