Sep 21, 2009 Bottle. Low fluffy and quickly disappearing white head. Hazy orange body. Nutty fruity barn vinegar strav aroma.. Sugary sweet honey fruity flavor without the desired acidity or any hint of vinegar or grapefruit. Way too ssweet. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste. What a disappoiintment.

Apr 17, 2009 Bottled (from lahoublonniere.be). Deep amber colour, no head. Aroma is sour wood, with some slight sweetish fruityness also. Flavour is birch sap, raisins, resin and some syrup. Mild sourness lurking, but overall a very sweet thing. Blech.
