Bottle. Low fluffy and quickly disappearing white head. Hazy orange body. Nutty fruity barn vinegar strav aroma.. Sugary sweet honey fruity flavor without the desired acidity or any hint of vinegar or grapefruit. Way too ssweet. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste. What a disappoiintment.

(Bottle, BB 27/06/10) Pours a lightly hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of corn syrup, earth, light barnyard, and candish fruit. Flavor of corn syrup, crackers, cheap white wine, and cardboard.

Bottled (from lahoublonniere.be). Deep amber colour, no head. Aroma is sour wood, with some slight sweetish fruityness also. Flavour is birch sap, raisins, resin and some syrup. Mild sourness lurking, but overall a very sweet thing. Blech.
