Poured a cherrywood color with a small pinkish head. The nose was decidedly tart cherry. Perhaps thin and watery with lively carbonation. The flavor was sour/tart cherries. Deep and hazy red color with small kriek head. Sweet and sour cherry aroma, which is mixed with other berries and alcohol. Quite sweet, only slightly sour cherry flavor. Watery body makes this fresh and very easy to drink. Volgon (2490), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA

"It’s not like drinking beer at all!" and i’s true. It’s not beer at all. Not that it’s terrible. It’s cherry and all, but I’ll pass on this Lambic. burcusabrews (106), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 30, 2004 pale orange with a rose’ head. Deep luscious cherry nose. Nice clean cherry flavor. This balances nice with teh sourness and is very refreshing. It could use a bit more fruit flavor for this style. Pigfoot (2226), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 27, 2004 Tiny, but bubbly head, deep cherry red color, (naturally). Straightforward aroma of cherries, both sweet and sour. Very light in body and texture, with an incredible amount of sourness on the palate, which diminishes, leading toward a sweetish finish. Very mellow and pleasant, simple and satisfying. Not an extraordinary lambic, but solid example.
