Foggy, pale gold/yellow. Small, off-white head. Sugar and wild yeast aroma. Subtle plum and sour yeast flavors with big time sweetness. Syrupy body with little carbonation. Needs more plum and sourness. Disappointing after the banana.

Sweet (almost syrupy) but nice touch of sourness to pull the whole thing back from over the cliff. But not much relation to actual beer really.

Bottle, 20cl. Apple juice colour. No head at all. Strong mirabelle aroma. The flavour is sweet (perhaps too much sweet....) with notes of sirup and mirabelles. Low carbonation. This one must be very fresh to be a decent option. And it’s rather difficult to consider this a beer or a lambic. Maybe just a soft drink, good for hot summer days! My girlfriend enjoyed this one so i’m adding a few extra points.

(Bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy glowing pale orange body with a medium-sized quickly deminishing white head. Aroma of raisins and syrup from canned fruit. Flavor of canned fruit salad with a syrupy aftertaste.

Cloudy yellow colored body with a thin and persistent head. The aroma is a little musty with some moss and a little bit of honey. The plum aroma is fairly light and more like prunes. The taste is sweet honey with some light raisins. There is just a hint of hay. This is very light overall. Refreshign for hot weather, if nothing else.

vintage 1997: kind of a sour old towel aroma. pale yellow, not cloudy color. slight head. the flavoe was an explosion of plum with a slightly sour aftertaste. i found the palate to be reminicent of champaign. too sweet for my liking, but more refreshing than most lambics i’ve tasted.

Hazy yellow, unfiltered with nearly no head. Light fruity armoa. Very light and fruity. This is not at all sour, as most lambics tend to lean. Good as after dinner, desert type of drink.

Vintage 2000: Hazy pale yellow and headless, this lambic is somewhat stinky in a closed barn kind of a way. But the light-bodied drink has a light, fruity taste (hard to tell it’s plum) with a touch of the sour in the finish. Rather pleasant.
