Pale hazy gold. Initial aroma was of stewed plums, very sweet, but there were also distinct hints of apple, elderflower and yeast. The taste was a bit bland, having no real sourness or bitterness, just a rather weak sweet fruitiness that had elements of apple, grape and kiwi. Unusual.

(Bottled) Hazy golden with a very small head. Surprisingly natural and neutral plum aroma with some acidity. Pretty strange and disgusting flavor in the beginning and the end. In the middle, there’s some plums and apple. Pretty sugary all the way. Light to medium body, sticky palate with low carbonation. A mixed bag, the worst problem being that it tastes pretty bad, and not very natural.

Pours a hazy golden color with a very thin light white head. Smells of sour citrus, apples, and pears. Flavor is way to sweet and not enough sour for a lambic. Alot of sour fruit, especiallt granny smith apples. Definitely needs to lower that fruity sweetness for it to be a formidable lambic in my opinion. Still, nothing offensive about it, just a little too sweet.

12 oz bottle. Poured a hazy light golden color. Head consisted of a few soapy bubbles that reduced immediately to a white ring. Smells like a mashed-up, day-old fruit salad with white wine poured over it. Not overly appealing. Very sweet on the tongue with minimal carbonation. Strange fruity flavor...plum, I guess, as stated on the bottle.

Looks like a pear juicy, very hazy, with no head. Aroma is veryy sweet, fruity, of apple and peach juice with some notes of bubble gum or loly pop. Flavor is pretty much the same, flatly carbonated, very smooth. I can see why they say it is a "lady’s beer", surely my friends would like it!

Pours a hazy opaque pinkish amber color. Non-existant head. It leaves minimal bubbles in the top. Aroma is a little artificial, fruity and yeasty. Notes of sweet plums, bubble gum, white bread, and pineapple can be found. Flavor is sweet, strong and fruity like a plum juice with sugar and some pineapple. Very weak sourness and no bitterness at all. It has bubblegum notes and a very small hint of cereal or white bread. It’s difficult to believe this is a beer but neither flavor nor aroma are bad. Thick syrupy body. Very soft carbonation. No alcohol at all. Too smoth, it tastes more like a fruit nectar than a beer. Long aftertaste. It seems like this is a typical Chapeau brew.

bottle from Total Wine - like said earlier this one grows on you. The inital smell hinted of something rotten but that faded. Sour blended with the sweetness, maybe too sweet but enjoyable after dinner. My wife loved it. I liked it a little better then the ave 2.48

Bottle split with gputty. Murky muddy orange with a bubbly head. Sweet, slightly funky and dusty nose, the plum is apparent. Flavor is, naturally, very plummy sweet, mildly tart. Finish is a bit sticky sweet, a touch of sourness. I liked it, may be a bit underrated, but still not spectacular.
