A hazy orange beer with chuncks of yeast floating around and a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of Mirabelles. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, sirup, and mirabelles, leading to a dry end. Surprisingly good compared to other Chapeau brews, but not a Lambic.

(Bottle 25 cl) Just what I’ve always been dreaming of: a beer made with juice from cherry plums.... Hazy yellow with an absent head, rather flat with a cloyingly sweetness. Yes, it does taste like fruit, and perhaps even cherry plums. But this is more pop than beer. 310797

25 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a lacing white head. Spiced, light woody and citric fruity mirabelle aroma. Flavour is sourish and sweet fruity following. Mild mirabelle note. Ends with a mix of sugar and sourness.

Bottle, 3.5%. Slightly oxidized plum aroma, some acidic notes. Muddy dark orange colour, small white head. The flavour starts off quite acidic, but also rather sweet. Plum and prune notes.

Bottled. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is vanilla, sugar, fruits and some sour notes. Flavour is sugary sweet fruits and that’d pretty much it.
