| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Mar 2, 2007 This $5.79 capped and corked bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a hazy with fine particulate softly carbonated orange colored body and a poor lacing. The mild aroma was lambic like. The dry mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of fruity. A decent one but not one that I would consider buying again. Peach and a little lambic funk come through in the aroma. The flavor is very peachy. Who would have thought? It’s sweet and light. I found it enjoyable enough. It might work for someone as an introduction to lambics too. I guess I liked it more than most. Ah well. hotstuff (3180), Indiana, USA
