Mar 18, 2008 I had this a few years ago in a bottle and as with the other Chapeau beers I have tried i didnt like it very much. Too sweet, too syrupy. If you are looking for a beer for an 7 year old to enjoy...this would be one!

Jan 6, 2007 Bought this in Belgium and brought it with me to Poland, shared with Agnieszka and plenty of other polska piwa. Bottle, bright yellow-brown colour, no head. Sweet artificial flavour of candy banana. Flavour is very sweet and sour with banana. Like a like banana syrup with lemon. Why cant cough syrup taste like this?

Jul 11, 2005 Updated: Jan 29, 2007(Bottle 25 cl) Comes as "Chapeau Tropical" at 3% ABV. Another bizarre fruit beer from De Troch, so far the pineapple beer has been the most weird, but this comes a close second. Hazy yellow, not much head. Weak body, sweetish. Banana flavour is present but not overpowering. More soda pop than beer, but not really unpleasant though. 260499
