Aug 7, 2004 Tastes pretty lousy. It has a weird taste like some malt liquors, but lacks the kick or the strength. Was $3.99 for a twelver, so I don’t feel too bad. The cans do look cool though.

Jul 14, 2004 Frankly, I was expecting some real abuse for the price, but in all fairness it wasn’t so bad. In fact it wasn’t particularly anything. No color, body, or taste pretty well sums it up!

Jun 29, 2004 This liquid has a piss colored body with little head or lacing. Umm...the aroma is sweet and somewhat well-balanced leaning towards malty with notes of corn syrup. There’s practically no flavor at all. What is there is slightly sweet and malty with a corn syrup note. Very light bodied, watery and smooth.

Jul 28, 2003 I thought "how can you go wrong with a black can?" Damn, was I wrong. Light aroma, palest yellow brew. And the taste - the closest comparison I can think of is heavily watered down cheap cider - sweet and apple-flavored in the way that MD 20/20 is sweet and grape flavored. Rancid is the only word that applies. I offered cans of this to a half dozen heavy cheap beer drinkers, and no one could finish. Worst ever.

May 17, 2003 A quick Google search found nobody famous by this name - not surprising! Light head, quickly dissipating. Light golden in appearance. Aroma - that patented Gluek twang - slighty sour and yeasty. No real flavor - just that yeasty twang and a lot of carbonation. The black can is kind of cool though - have to give them credit for that!

Apr 11, 2003 Updated: Apr 29, 2003Slight crackery, peppery lager aroma. Lackluster packaging, medium-pale gold beer with tall webby head that clings to the glass as it dies off. No hops, tartish and it loses almost all fizz immediately. Watery. If this were 7% ABV, then there might be some slight redemption, but as it stands it's just cheap, bad beer.
