| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 29, 2006 Bottle. Sour wheat, banana and clove aroma - very nice. Slightly hazy (far from cloudy) medium yellow color with small head. Slight sweet banana and wheat malt flavor without being cloying. Although this beer is closer to a Kristallweizen, I still have to give it high marks - it has an authentic flavor and is very well blended - far better than most other american wheat beers. duff (5475), Surrey, Greater London, England
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Sep 2, 2006 Bottle. A drinkable wheat beer, if a little short in flavour. Typical banana, clove and citrus flavour, but perhaps a bit more carbonated than German wheats. Drinkable, but maybe a little dull. hopscotch (5493), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 10, 2006 Bottle... Hazy yellow ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Typical hefe aromas and flavors. All the appropriate fruity, bubble gum-like esters and spicy phenols with a touch of smoke thrown in. The flavor’s a little too sweet and too heavy on the clove. Medium-bodied and a touch oily with lively carbonation. Spicy finish. argo0 (6907), Washington DC, USA
