Pours a bright golden with cloudy sediment, generating a dense white head that collapses into little islands in my Guillotine glass. Beautiful aroma of wheat, lemonpeel, coriander, jasmine flowers, and spice (no cinnamon for me though, unlike some other raters). Palate is light and lively, wheaty, softly yeasty, with nice floral lemony flavours and sweet spices. Finish is slightly tart. A standout wit. Fantastic! cfrancis (363), Gloucester, Ontario, Canada
