The aroma is yeasty, lots of bananas, dark fruits, some light chocolate, earthy, moderate sweetness. The flavour is full and creamy, fruity, lots of yeast, more bananas, some chocolate, spice, good sweetness, dark fruits. Creamy mouthfeel, medium body, high carbonation. Finishes long, lightly bitter, gassy. A great beer from a great brewery.
