Sep 5, 2008 750ml bottle sent to me by the ridiculously generous GlouGlouBurp. Opened this at last winter’s YEHA celebration but am a bit behind on my rating. Hazy yellow/blonde color with a medium sized white head. Yeasty, spicy aroma of coriander, lemongrass and bubblegum. Flavor of citrus, pepper, coriander and again lots of bubblegum which started to annoy me a bit. Overall a solid beer.

Aug 28, 2008 Bottle shared with Hogtown Harry, Blankboy, Jerc, Mabel, and GregClow, courtesy of Harry. Hazy yellow, bubbly white head. Yeast, lemon aroma. Nice taste - yeasty lemon, nice soft mouthfeel, perhaps a touch watery. Refreshing and good.

Aug 13, 2008 [1519-20080711] 750mL bottle. Mild yeast turkey pepperettes aroma. Hazy, light orange brown body with a quick creamy white head. Lightly spiced banana yeast flavour. Medium body. Average.

Aug 6, 2008 Bottle (750ml) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, jerc, mabel & tupalev -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a cloudy yellow-orange with a massive frothy white head. Aroma’s spicy and yeasty along with some fruit, herbal hops and sweet malt. Flavour’s pretty hoppy (for the style) and has spices, yeast, light malt and fruit. Medium bodied. Better then I expected this to be, pretty good stuff.

Jul 29, 2008 Bouteille de 750 ml. La bière se présente avec une couleur jus de pomme et une incroyable mousse blanche qui forme un champignon nucléaire. On observe aussi des petites bulles qui remontent à la surface à la vitesse de l’éclair. . Au nez on respire des arômes fruitées de pêche, d’abricot, de mangue, de citron et d’orange et de blé. En bouche la bière est intensément effervescente avec un corps mince-moyen. On goute des saveurs de blé et de fruits jaunes (Pêche, mangue, abricot), de jus d’orange et de levure.
