May 9, 2008 Golden-amber colour. Woody, cascade hop nose is a touch faint. Earthy, woody bitterness, moderate maltiness (breadcrust) but it’s all a bit faint. Probably overattenuated.

Jun 5, 2007 Draft... Clear golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Grapefruit and evergreen notes constitute the aroma along with subtleties of English toffee and spent mash. The flavor leans just a touch on the sweet side, but decent balance is pulled off with the assistance of a measured helping of moderately bitter, wet and dry hops. Light to medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Coarse, mildly bitter finish. This brew screams of an English IPA infused with American hops!

Mar 23, 2006 on tap-pours a white head with deep gold color. Aroma is lively hops. Taste is hops. Mild, middle of class, easy drinking.

Mar 11, 2007 Draft at brewpub. Poured a hazy copper with an average frothy white head that did not diminish and produced good lacing. Medium sweet hoppy aroma. Medium body. Solid balanced hoppy flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration.

Feb 21, 2009 Grapefruit colour with white head and lace. C-aroma. Unfiltered version, with grapefruit taste.
this is one of the two winner out of five at the brewpub. Served at room temperature,appropriate almost flat of Co2 like a cask, a good break from the other too cold ones.

Dec 17, 2003 TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 67. This draft brew was sampled at the brewery in Melbourne Florida. This brew poured a small head of finely sized white colored bubbles that left behind a softly carbonated light yellow orange colored body. It had a hoppy aroma and a tingly mouthfeel that smoothen in the finish. The flavor was all hops.

Dec 21, 2003 Draft at Charlie and Jakes in Melbourne, FL. This beer had a small sized white that was creamy and smooth with fine sized bubbles that mostly dissipated. The body had a lot of lively carbonation and it was cloudy with a yellow hue. The nose was moderately and of citrus with a hoppy flavor. The mouthfeel was smooth. This was a medium bodied beer with good lacing.

Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblons. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est mince avec une texture légèrement minérale.
