| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 5, 2007 Draft... Clear golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Grapefruit and evergreen notes constitute the aroma along with subtleties of English toffee and spent mash. The flavor leans just a touch on the sweet side, but decent balance is pulled off with the assistance of a measured helping of moderately bitter, wet and dry hops. Light to medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Coarse, mildly bitter finish. This brew screams of an English IPA infused with American hops! jcwattsrugger (5342), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

this is one of the two winner out of five at the brewpub. Served at room temperature, appropriate almost flat of Co2 like a cask, a good break from the other too cold ones.
