Aug 9, 2009 Tap. Unfiltered, hazy gold color. Aroma of lemon zest and citrus hops. Soapy flavor. Nice toasted grain flavors. Lots of hops. Pine and citrus. A bit stronger than the other brews of Charlie and Jake’s. I recommend this beer after trying all of the others. Finishes with a Cascade, soapy bubbles hop flavor.

Dec 21, 2003 Draft at Charlie and Jakes in Melbourne, FL. This beer had a small sized white that was creamy and smooth with fine sized bubbles that mostly dissipated. The body had a lot of lively carbonation and it was cloudy with a yellow hue. The nose was moderately and of citrus with a hoppy flavor. The mouthfeel was smooth. This was a medium bodied beer with good lacing.

Apr 1, 2009 Draft at Charlie and Jakes. Amber in color with a pale white cap. The aroma is somewhat fruity yet crisp. It has a nice hop, citrusy yet smooth and malty. It has a clean crisp, clear finish.

Jan 8, 2008 [903-20071204] Tap @ Charlie & Jake’s (Melbourne, FL). Aroma has a bit of orange zest hops. Hazy, brown orange body with a quick bubbly off-white head. Wheaty yeast and hoppy flower petals flavour has a bit of a weird bitter lemon finish. Medium body is bitter. Interesting to try, plus it just came out on this day.

Feb 21, 2009 Grapefruit colour with white head and lace. C-aroma. Unfiltered version, with grapefruit taste.
this is one of the two winner out of five at the brewpub. Served at room temperature,appropriate almost flat of Co2 like a cask, a good break from the other too cold ones.

Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblons. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est mince avec une texture légèrement minérale. Mar 11, 2007 Draft at brewpub. Poured a hazy copper with an average frothy white head that did not diminish and produced good lacing. Medium sweet hoppy aroma. Medium body. Solid balanced hoppy flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration.
