Commercial Description:
SILVER MEDAL WINNER AT THE FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL BEER FESTIVAL Roasted barley and chocolate malts give our brown ale a rich and “nutty” flavor. Its moderate hop character is carefully balanced by an Irish ale yeast. Are you afraid of the dark? This smooth brew is quite popular with the ladies. Bottoms up!

Sampler--The only beer with an aroma and it was foul. Good lacing with a decent head and fine brown coloring, came off as a thin brew. A big disappointment.

Fishy and vinegary aroma. Dark brown, murky with a light brown head. Decent lace. Not very strong palate. Has some hint of nut. A little thin.

Draft at Charlie and Jakes in Melbourne, FL. This beer had an average sized ivory head that was creamy and smooth with fine sized bubbles that were mostly lasting. The body was softly carbonated and somewhat murky with an orange-brown hue. The only aroma that I could detect was chocolate. The flavor of this beer was chocolate with a fairly smooth palate. This beer was medium bodied with good lacing. In my opinion, this beer lacks in the aroma and flavor areas.

TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 65. This draft brew was sampled at the brewery in Melbourne Florida. This brew poured a large head of fine to medium sized light brown colored bubbles that left behind a uncarbonated transparent light brown colored body. It had a very nice brown malt and caramel aroma with a smooth mouthfeel with a even medium thickness body and no bite. The flavor was uncommented on but noted as above average.
