Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de caramel avce une pointe d’houblons. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement houblonné. (Rating #2262)

Feb 22, 2009 Had at the brewpub, as a palate cleanser in between the two good seasonals. Plain malt experene, and a little sour.

Feb 10, 2009 Draft… Lightly hazed, dark ruby ale with no head. Caramely, fruity aroma also offers a touch of chocolate malt. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Leans just a smidge on the sweet side, but overall, it’s pretty well-balanced. Toffee and caramel flavors alongside a hint of chocolate. Low, but sufficient, bitterness. Short, crisp, clean finish.

Feb 9, 2009 I hate this brew for its name. I hate this brew for what it stands for. I hate this brew because of Urban Meyer and Tim Tebow and Percy Harvin. I also hate this brew because it wasnt very good. Go CANES!!!!
