Nice mellow balance. Light bodied. Finishes with flavor of toasted grains, bread. Could use something else in it, honey perhaps... Ibrew2or3 (2766), Safety Harbor, Florida, USA

The aroma has smooth moderately roasted malts and some mild sweet citrus hops. The taste is much the same with a sweet citrus and malt mixture that runs the flavor from start to finish. Tasty offering with both malty backbone and solid hoppy bite. joekinty (263), rockledge, Florida, USA

Woody, but kind of odd taste, then the whole thing disappears from the palate. decaturstevo (2007), decatur, Tennessee, USA

Roasted malt with almost no hops on the nose. A light cherry flavor, malty semi-sweetness followed by a nice hop bitter. Thin and a bit foamy but not through the roof. A good beer but just average. Nothing special but clean. mabel (2626), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Mild caramel and light lactic acidity in the nose. Undertones of grapefruit, pine and jalapeño. Decently balanced flavor, but it does lean a bit toward the sweet side. Caramel sweetness along with mild to moderate cascade and centennial hop bitterness; which seems a touch medicinal. Medium-bodied and astringent with moderate carbonation. Finishes very tannic, lightly bitter and dry.
