Commercial Description:
This rich and medium bodied amber ale derives its flavor and color from carmelized malts. Its malty sweetness is nicely balanced by Centennial and Cascades hops which, gives it a moderate hop profile. One pint and you’re hooked!

Dark amber colour. Toasty, caramelly malts with woody cascade in the nose. Woody, but kind of odd taste, then the whole thing disappears from the palate.

Draft... Clear amber ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Mild caramel and light lactic acidity in the nose. Undertones of grapefruit, pine and jalapeño. Decently balanced flavor, but it does lean a bit toward the sweet side. Caramel sweetness along with mild to moderate cascade and centennial hop bitterness; which seems a touch medicinal. Medium-bodied and astringent with moderate carbonation. Finishes very tannic, lightly bitter and dry.

Draft at brewpub. Poured a clear brown color with a moderate frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Medium sweet toasted malty aroma. Medium body. Medium sweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration.

TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 66. This draft brew was sampled at the brewery in Melbourne Florida. This brew poured a foamy large head of finely sized off-white colored long lasting bubbles that left behind a transparent carbonated brown with red tint colored body. It had ahopp red caramel malt flavor, a smoothe mouthfeel with a slight hop bite and a medium red hop aroma.

Draft at Charlie and Jakes in Melbourne, FL. The head was large sized and ivory with fine sized bubbles that quickly and completely dissipated. The nose was moderately hoppy with a hoppy flavor. The body was uncarbonated and transparent with a red hue. The nose was moderately hoppy as was the flavor. The mouthfeel was smooth and this was a medium bodied beer with good lacing.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub copper to near amber with slight haze and tiny white head. The aroma has smooth moderately roasted malts and some mild sweet citrus hops. The taste is much the same with a sweet citrus and malt mixture that runs the flavor from start to finish. Tasty offering with both malty backbone and solid hoppy bite.
