(Rating #2266)

Draft… Cloudy mahogany ale with a small, creamy, white head. It has absolutely no aroma – neither good nor bad. Almost medium-bodied with barbed carbonation. Much like the nose, the flavor borders on nondescript. Well-balanced, at least. Short, crisp, clean finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a chalky reddish color, with a smallish off white head. Really mild aroma, not much dunkel or weizen showing up here. Maybe a little sweet malt and candy suagr but that was it. The flavor was almost a bit too sweet though, as it seemed unbalanced and too malty. definitely needed some banana and clove to even this out. Dissapointing brew.

Sweet banana wheat aroma. Cloudy amber white head. Good lace. This is a blah lager..not wheaty, not sweet.
