Commercial Description:
This is our version of an American wheat ale. It is both light and refreshing with just the hint of Cascades and Fuggles variety hops. It is our most popular beer due to its great thirst quenching capabilities. When you are tired of the heat...think wheat!

Hazy beige. Light aroma is a bit wheaty, citrusy. Wheaty character. Slightly sweet, with a subtle hop splash. Quick, easy-drinking brew.

Hazy yellow pour with a white head and lace. Fruit and wheat on the nose. A bannana flavor followed by a light bitter. A bit thin and foamy. Another average beer that is a little thin with a bitter finish that is different from what I would think the style would suggest. This beer lacks flavor but does not taste bad.

[900-20071204] Tap @ Charlie & Jake’s (Melbourne, FL). Aroma has a little fruity hay and wheat. Hazy, pale orange brown body with a quick foamy off-white head. More tangy fruit in the flavour has notes of something like apricot. Medium-light body is a little tangy. Not bad.

On tap from Charlie and Jake’s in Melbourne. Virtually no head. Caramel color. Aroma is, as expected, very wheaty and citrusy. Taste presents nothing the nose didn’t tell me. Not terrible, could be a good sessioner if you’re at Charlie and Jake’s any time soon. I recommend the Anniversary Ale more, though.

Draft... Cloudy, straw-colored ale with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Breadsy, lightly acidic aroma. Sweet, soapy, mildly citric flavor with an odd blend of herbal and earthy hops. Medium-bodied and creamy with lively carbonation. Mostly sweet, mildly acidic finish.
