Commercial Description:
This is our version of an American wheat ale. It is both light and refreshing with just the hint of Cascades and Fuggles variety hops. It is our most popular beer due to its great thirst quenching capabilities. When you are tired of the heat...think wheat!

Hazy gold in color. Slight aroma of hops and malt. Taste of hops with some wheat. Better than I expected

Sampler-- Small head with lots of carbonation and a gold color. Once again, therel wasn’t any aroma to be found. The color was a couldy gold.

I believe the waitress mixed up the samples in my sampler. I think this was the Anniversary Ale and not the Wickham Wheat. But, she wouldn't have known so I guess I just rate it as it was given to me. Hoppy smell. Cloudy amber appearance with good lace but no head retention. Has a hop zing with some petter and pine. The best overall beer in the lineup.

Draft at Charlie and Jakes in Melbourne, FL. The head was small sized and white with fine sized bubbles that mostly dissipated. The only aroma I could detect was that of malt. The flavor was malt and mild hops with a smooth mouthfeel. This was a light bodied beer with excellent lacing on the sides of my glass.

TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 65. This draft brew was sampled at the brewery in Melbourne Florida. This brew poured a large foamy head of finely sized white colored long lasting bubbles that left behind a good lace and a transparent yet slightly hazy tellow colored body and a good lace. The aroma was floral and the mouthfeel was smooth and slightly tingly. It had a one-dimensional malty wheat flavor.
