The aroma is a touch metallic and a little carbonic – served too cold to really dig in with my nose. Medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation. Leans slightly on the burnt and bitter side of balance. Finishes crisp and moderately bitter. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA

There was an aroma of light milk chocolate and malt. A plain khaki head on top. The taste was rather dry with some bread crust. No real hints of chocolate. This tasted like a very light schwarzbier to me. Dogbrick (2864), Columbus, Ohio, USA

Pours a very dark brown color with a medium thin and foamy tan head that recedes quickly. Patchy rings of lacing on the glass. Light malt and coffee in the nose, with some fruit in the background. Medium, dry body with flavors of chocolate malt and weak coffee, as well as a touch of hops and vinegar. The finish is toasty malt with a short coffee aftertaste. Slightly below average overall.
