Draught at Rattle ’n Hum, New York
Hazy amber color. Light malt and cookies aroma. Good body, strong malt and caramel flavor, but also burning alcohol; vanilla oak touch; correct bitterness. It reminds me some Wheat Wine. Powerful but unimpressive.

On draft at Rattle n Hum. Pours a clear copper with a medium sized beige head. Aroma of tangy citrus hops, squash and butter. Taste is much the same as the aroma.

Dark orange amber color with no head. Aroma is rich, some faint bitterness, sweet fruit and grain. Flavor is similar with more mellon fruit flavors and some grain.

Cask @ Chelsea’s Brewing Co. in NYC this past weekend. Pours a dark amber brown body that is for the most part clear. The aroma is slight sharp alcohol, dark fruit, and something else. The flavor is the same, at the festival it is listed as 11.5% abv - and it hides it considerably well.

On tap at rattle and hum. For living so close to these guys, I really haven’t gotten around to try them out. Maybe I have a hard on for the style but serious this was awesome. Ultra mellow and musky. Loaded with alcohol which you can’t taste in the least. Toasty, doughy and sweet cereals. Slight funk (starfruit), dried out hops, and bubblegum. Mouthfeel is medium light.

Chelsea imperial mild oddly boozy mild nose light oxidized noted, apples, earthy notes, touch floral, a little tartish sweetness, syrupy sweetness on nose corn. Cloudy stagnant amber orange pour, thin foam. Green apple cidery notes, broewn sugar, caramel, weird spice notes. Alcohol. Sweetish maybe too boozy. Lingering alcohol and grainy notes. 6 3 7 3 14
