Jul 28, 2009 A blonde ale with a thick lacing white head. Pleasant light malt aroma with light Czech hops. In mouth, a light crisp malt with light mineral notes, light hops, boring. On tap at House of Brews, 46th St., July 2 2009. Came as part of Burger special, 10$.

Jul 19, 2009 Pours a transparent light yellow with thin white head. Aroma is a bit buttery with some malt. Flavor is buttered popcorn and malt. It started out bland but got better near the middle. Smooth and enjoyable.

Apr 5, 2009 The weakest of the Chelsea brews I’ve tried. Just not a lot there. A pale, thinly grained beer that I had as part of the "sampler". Not impressive for craft beer lovers, though not offensive.

Mar 25, 2009 Had it on tap at the brewery. Light all around, generally unimpressive. I get that that’s what a Koelsch generally is, but you are better off with anything else they have on tap.
