Poured dark brown with a thick brown head. Head was a bit too foamy. Aromas of chocolate, coffee, espresso and medicine. The medicine was a bit funky and showed up in the taste also. Palate was good but a bit watery for a beer with 10% alcohol. This was very drinkable but did not excite me.
