Cheshire Cat Black Currant Lambic

on tap-pours a white head and deep red color. Aroma is black current. Taste is fermented black current, slight vinegar. Vinuous. No carbonation.

On tap @ Cheshire Cat poured a clear reddish purple with a lasting amber with purple tinted head. Aromas of bread and currants. Palate was light bodied and slightly tart. Flavors of currants and bread with a dry lightly tart finish.
